Once For All Group acquires Batis, a French company offering a digital platform to contractual and administrative processes in the construction sector.

Once For All Group, the European leader in supply chain management, sourcing, and site digitalisation solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Batis, a French company offering a digital platform to automate contractual and administrative processes in the construction sector.
Batis has developed a suite of solutions dedicated to construction stakeholders, enabling them to optimize project contract management. On the same platform, users can manage their tenders, draft and sign contracts, and track billing with their partners. These collaborative tools allow project owners, project managers, and construction companies to enhance productivity, easily access contract-related information, and manage legal and financial risks. Batis clients can thus secure the spending commitment chain related to services, especially subcontracting.
The Once For All and Batis solutions have already been integrated for three years, providing their mutual clients with the complementary benefits of a contractual management tool and compliance solutions.
The merger with Batis allows Once For All Group to expand its portfolio, which already includes compliance and supply chain management platforms such as Attestation Légale and Actradis in France, Constructionline in England, and Nalanda in Spain, as well as supplier sourcing and site process digitalization. The group currently comprises over 900 employees and serves more than 250,000 B2B clients in Europe and Latin America.
The synergies between Batis and Once For All are numerous and will quickly deliver significant added value to their clients, some of whom are already common, such as Eiffage and Equans.
