1. Purpose of the research
We, Once For All Limited, are inviting you to be a participant in our research studies and to join OFA Voice.
The purpose of these research studies is to enhance the usability of our platform across the UK, France, and Spain, providing you with a better experience when navigating our platform. Your input will help us better understand user needs and improve the experience for all our users.
OFA Voice is an exclusive community of users who actively shape our products through direct feedback. As a member of OFA Voice, you’ll be invited to participate in research that directly influences product development and enjoy priority access to test and explore the latest updates and advancements.
Your participation in our research is entirely voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any stage of the process. For further information on how we use, store and keep your personal data secure, see our Privacy Policy. If you would like to access, correct or delete your data, or for any concerns about its use, please contact our Data Protection Officer by sending an email to GDPR@onceforall.com.
2. Description of the Research
As a participant, you will be asked to interact with our software and/or take part in an interview. During these sessions, your interactions, as well as the interview, may be recorded to allow for detailed analysis.
Specifically, we will collect:
- Your feedback and observations during the testing session.
- Audio, video, and screen recordings of your session.
These recordings and data will be used exclusively for research purposes to help us analyse user interactions and make improvements to our platform.
3. Subject Participation
Your participation in these studies is entirely voluntary, and each session will typically last around 30 minutes, though durations may vary.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, even during a study without any consequences. Should you choose to withdraw, any data collected up to that point may still be used in the study, unless you tell us otherwise.
If you have concerns about any aspect of the research, please inform us prior to your participation by emailing ux.research@onceforall.com.
We appreciate your discretion in keeping all materials shared with you confidential, and we ask that you do not be reproduce or distribute them outside of the research sessions.
4. Compensation
Depending on the research, you may receive a voucher or a gift of similar value as a gesture of appreciation for your time and feedback. This token is meant as a thank you and does not imply any form of payment or an attempt to influence your feedback.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. All data collected will be treated as confidential and stored securely. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of this study and processed in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy, which you can review here:

Your identity will remain anonymous in any reports, presentations, or publications that may come from this research. We may include anonymised quotes or data, but no identifying details will be disclosed.
We may collect the following personal data: name, email address, phone, company, your feedback, audio, video, and screen recordings. This data is for research purposes only and will be stored securely and kept confidential.
